The founder

Nucleus of change has been founded in 2008 by Francine Beleyi, bilingual French-English, who is passionate by business and unleashing people’s full potential. Francine has more than a decade of versatile business experience in information systems, finance, project and change programmes.

Prior to establishing her own consultancy, Francine has worked internationally leading and supporting multi-millions pounds projects for blue chip companies (Oil & Gas industry, investment bank, insurance, technology), not for profit organisations and SMEs in Africa, France and the UK. As a result she has a heightened awareness of diversity, and sensitivity to the challenges facing people and organisations under difficult social, political and economic circumstances.

Francine is Associate Executive coach with The-Partnership, an International consultancy specialised in Leadership and High performance.

Francine is currently involved with various social and international initiatives. She is a member of the Steering comittee for European Professional Women Network (EPWN-London) and is responsible of the Leadership & Programming commitee for the 'New Managers'. She is also a Befriender for the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea and Project manager of SOHCA (School of high conscious awareness) in Sierra Leone.
