‘Francine
has the tools and creativity to uncover the gaps in your business in its current state and help you to come up with a detailed
and effective plan to implement change’. Adrian Kowal, Director and Co-founder of Evolve wellness centre ‘As a small company it is extremely helpful to gain
personal insights and advice from experienced practitioners on a one to one basis. Francine quickly and efficiently gets to
the core of what one’s business is about and how to achieve your outcomes, whatever they are’. Mark Roelofsen,
Director, Alaska Events
‘I had some business
ideas but I didn’t know how to appraise them or what to do with them but after you have explained the issues around
each of the business ideas, it was as if you gave me a Sat Nav for my direction and you jump-started me to start running a
business straight away.’ Ferguson Rapu, Consultant ‘There are 3 key benefits from working with Francine: - I have to be clear about my overall goals - more so than I would normally be for myself - I have to be precise about
the steps to take to achieve those goal and within a flexible timescale. -
A more disciplined approach than I would adopt by myself. Invaluable mentoring from an experienced entrepreneur’ ‘Starting on my 12 monthly plan has helped to drive me forward and has helped
me to picture more concretely what I want to offer and how often and then what this means in terms of potential earning. This
feels very attractive and stimulating.’
‘In addition to learning
how to manage my time better, I am benefitting from support to help me implement more structure into the way that I work.
Also, by me having to be accountable to you for tasks and deadlines, this has resulted in moving me steadily forwards.’My big learning is: 1. ‘You don’t have to be perfect; you just have to get going’. 2. Feel
the fear… and do it anyway’‘Thank you for your commitment and
support in helping me achieve so much over the last 3 months Francine.’
‘The journey is as important as the end result. Having a coach on my side
and rooting for my success is important.’
‘I felt that you
understood me, and you gave me the feeling that I am a unique individual. You gave me some great advice on how to deal with
particular situations that suddenly came up in my life. I fully trust you and I wish that other people can enjoy the possibility
of being coached by you.’
‘I
think you give more than the strict contract terms. Whilst I sense this is your nature and thus available to all your clients,
it makes me feel valued and that I am receiving a very personal service.
