Hi I’m Francine Beleyi

I am a digital strategist and change leader with 25 years of experience across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East, working at the intersection of leadership, technology, and human transformation.

I began my career in Computer Science, drawn early to the promise of AI and intelligent systems. After a decade leading IT projects, I realised something crucial: the technical side of change was only half the story. Systems could be implemented on time and on budget — and still fail to deliver real transformation if leadership, identity, and culture were left untouched.

From introducing enterprise software in the 90s, leading Y2K readiness, integrating information systems across global multinationals, to working as a business analyst in investment banking and PMO lead in insurance, I have been at the front line of successive waves of technological change. Each time, the same pattern emerged: tools evolved quickly, but organisations only moved as far as their leaders could make sense of them.

For the past 12 years, I’ve focused on change leadership, personal branding for impact and employee advocacy — helping leaders articulate their value, purpose, and voice in an increasingly digital world.

This work was often seen as optional but today it is existential.

In the AI age, the ability to clarify identity, meaning, and agency is no longer a soft skill — it is a survival skill.

I have seen transformations succeed not because of brilliant technology, but because leaders created clarity, trust, and direction. I have also seen ambitious programmes collapse when those human foundations were missing.

One lesson became impossible to ignore: Technology changes organisations, but leadership identity changes outcomes.

Today my work is about helping CEOs and founders stay human, decisive, and trusted while advanced technologies reshape how value is created — turning fragmented initiatives into coherent transformation that strengthens decisions, teams, and growth.
